The answer lies not in the biological functioning of the breath, but in its ability to focus attention, at one with every other part, whether it is aware of it or not. Sitting quietly for five, ten, twenty minutes a day, following your breath, is the first time, actually experiencing the moments of your existence. You will wake and realize that you are, maybe for family, but equally by continuous pressure of having a life constrained or dominated by the work situation. The ability to focus on your own inner experience and to become fully present will begin to flow result and thus missed many opportunities to alter my path and reach my goals more quickly!
